This option are for those that wish to get a download of the selected performance in MP3 format. This option is AUDIO ONLY and DOES NOT include any type of video.
Option 2 - HD Video Download
With this option you will receive a download link to the selected performance in MP4, HD Video Format. This MP4 is compatible with most MP4 devices such as iPad, iPod & Android Devices. This file will sync with your computer for playback on AppleTV devices as well. This option includes AUDIO & VIDEO combined.
DOWNLOAD DESCRIPTION
Once your purchase is processed, you will receive an email containing your download link. Please be aware that, depending on your email provider’s settings, this email may be delivered to your spam or junk folder. We recommend checking those folders if you don’t see the email in your inbox shortly after you receive a "shipped" notification from BOX5. If you have any issues accessing your download, please don’t hesitate to reach out for assistance.
To ensure a smooth experience, please download the file to your computer first. Once the download is complete, you can transfer or sync the file to your mobile devices using your preferred method. For iOS devices, use iTunes or Finder to add the file to your device. For Android devices, you can drag and drop the file into the appropriate folder on your device.
